Gluten Free and Vegan Brownie Cookies

(Oh! And they are paleo too!)

Ingredients:
1 cup of Pamela’s All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
1/3 cup of Cacao Powder
1/3 cup of Coconut Sugar
1/4 cup of Oat Milk
1/4 cup of Coconut Oil
Pinch of Cinnamon
Dash of Date Syrup (Or Maple Syrup)
2 tbs. of Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt.
Instructions: Preheat Oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients (but the date syrup.) Form mixture into squares OR circles. Add a dash of date syrup to top each.
Bake for 10 -15 minutes. Check regularly.
